Overview

Design and implementation of a custom climbing and experiential learning program at The Disney Institute that aligned with Disney’s world-class safety, branding, and guest experience standards.

Challenge

The Disney Institute sought to offer outdoor experiential learning that reflected their commitment to excellence, guest trust, and employee growth. They needed a climbing program that was exciting, educational, and brand-aligned.

Approach

Peter Mayfield was contracted to lead design, hiring, and training for the entire program. Drawing from best practices in adventure education and brand integration, he created a fully customized experience.
